The Old Stores is a high quality, Grade II listed, reverse level cottage, which sleeps 4
people. Georgeham is a beautiful Devon village central to many beaches, stunning
countryside and numerous tourist attractions. The village has Post Office and shop and is
home to the 17th century ’Rock Inn’ , a great village pub serving a good range of ales and
excellent home made food.

There is a small, fully-enclosed courtyard garden with outside tap to rinse off wetsuits and
boards and a BBQ. There is ample parking in the village car park.

The upstairs accommodation consists of a triple-aspect, open plan space containing the
lounge, dining and kitchen areas. It is comfortably furnished with a sideboard, two and
three-seater settees and an extending tables with four chairs. This space boasts
views over Georgeham, traditional beams and a feature gas wood-burning stove. A TV/DVD, radio/CD player and a selection of books and table games are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with a butler sink, washer/dryer, freezer, dishwasher, oven,
hob, fridge and microwave.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - one twin; one double. The bathroom is also on the lower
level and is fitted with a feature 'roll-top bath, w/c and basin.
